Kale Powder

If you ever have too much kale on your hands, and no plan to freeze for later use, this is a great way to decrease the volume while still keeping this veggie within arms reach. (Five bunches of kale makes only a handful of powder). Store in the fridge and dust it here and there for a little extra nutritional kick.
