The First Annual ‘Dell Farm to Fork Dinner will be held at the Red Raven Gastropub on Thursday, August 25. Cocktails will be at 6pm on the deck, and dinner will be served at 6:30. What a great way to support our local farms and businesses while noshing on delectable […]
Hello everyone, Jess and Sarah here. It has been a busy week in the kitchen and at the farm! Despite the worst drought in a decade (nope, no climate change to see here, folks) the CSA has been going strong and the share boxes are getting more and more difficult to carry. […]
This one is great for using basil that may have flowered and is on it's way to seed. My other half didn't like it, but I did (I added a drizzle of honey)! Cream cheese is used in this great zucchini bread to keep a really moist treat. The cinnamon swirl is a welcomed treat!

Sour cream is a welcome addition to cool and crisp seasonal cucumbers. A bit of sugar and white vinegar adds a sweet tang, along with the optional basil and sweet onion. When looking for something different to do with your cukes, this is a good go-to dish!
I used ricotta cheese for the creaminess in this one. Throw in any veggies you'd like to these dishes, the more veggies the better!
