The “Show” Springdell Summer CSA- pickup #10

The boys and I enjoyed another lunch at the farm today, it’s turning into a favorite thing to do on Mondays!  We love to visit the animals and enjoy the fresh air…however humid that air may be.

Sarah wanted to quickly share a fun way to use your cherry tomatoes, honey roasted!  Simply slice the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a baking dish.  Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and a few Tablespoons of honey.  Roast them in a 400 degree oven for about a half hour.  Yummy!

Looks like there is a lot of cooking this week.  I already have some water boiling, a compost bag out for scraps, and I’m off and running.  Happy cooking to you all, share what lovely creations come out of your kitchens here on CSA365, we love to hear from you!
