Hi everyone, Jess here with the 7th pickup of the Winter CSA! We’re officially over halfway through the Winter CSA season, and hopefully you’ve been enjoying it as much as we have! Let’s take a look at this pickup’s offerings:
- Springdell Farms Meats (I got Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Pork Kebabs and Bacon)
- Tully Farms Dairy (Lowfat Milk and Heavy Cream for me)

- Potatoes (Multiple Varieties)
- Baby Spinach
- Tomatoes from Backyard Farms (Maine)
- Beets
Looks like a fun bounty to work with! The pork kebabs are a new item for me so I look forward to experimenting with those. I’ve also been eyeballing Shashuka recipes, and may be trying this one during the week. We’ll see what happens.
