The “Show” – Springdell Winter CSA Pickup #6

Hi everyone, Jess here with the 6th pickup of the Winter Season. I just love that despite these frigid temperatures, our farmers work incredibly long and hard hours behind the scenes to bring this crate of goodies to us. There are some awesome goodies here today, let’s get to it!

Did you know that this delicious gluten-free pudding was freshly made last night? Farmer Beth indeed finished this batch just last night! These cows are treated as members of the family, with names instead of numbers. This is not your average pudding, and you’ll notice the difference with each bite. Read their inspirational story here, and remember why we support our local farms!

These messages on the Tully Farms milk just get better and better!

Unfortunately the bok choy didn’t make it this week, nor did the radish tops. The bitter cold was really biting the greenery at the farm. Thanks to the farmers for braving the cold as always to stand outside for hours delivering this bounty to us!

Looking forward to cooking with you this week! Please post your meals as well, many kitchens are much better than one!
