The “Tell” – Springdell Spring CSA Pickup #1

Hello everyone!  Happy Saturday to you!  Welcome to our first Saturday “Tell” of many to come!  Through the rest of the spring and summer season, our basic schedule will be as follows:

  • Monday – Pickup “Show” Day
  • Tuesday – Jess Recipe
  • Wednesday – Ingredient Update
  • Thursday – Ingredient Update
  • Friday – Sarah Recipe
  • Saturday – “Tell” Day
  • Sunday – Sunday Dinner Post (Jess and Sarah alternate weekly)

Those of you that have followed our posts for a while will notice that we are not posting daily recipes.  This is because we wanted to have extra time to post about news on the farm and beyond, to work on making our “Veggie-Scope” more user-friendly and comprehensive for our readers, and so that we have more time to share about the recipes and links that you are sharing with us!  We are loving the way this site is growing and becoming useful for fellow locavores.  If you have something to contribute, please do, the more ideas to share, the better!
