Delicata Squash with Streusel

A simple yummy and flexible recipe. Sliced almonds provide a nutty crunch and the brown sugar and butter give a savory sweetness to this streusel. It’s a delicious way to dress up your delicata or squash of choice!

Potato and Leek Pancakes

This simple recipe can be made up quickly and is great as a side dish or a breakfast item. Play around with spices to create your own flavored pancakes as well.
