Hi everyone, Jess here. Apologies this week’s Show and Tell is a day later than usual, I’m still working out the bugs of the updated website. Let’s get past the technicalities and get to the good stuff! Here’s this week’s Spring “kickstart” pickup!
Tonight the boys had other dinner plans, so with just myself to cook for, I went with all of the above! A couple of fried eggs with sautéed fiddleheads and asparagus, topped with micro arugula. A little sea salt and pepper and a meal is born!
Don’t forget about the Sheep Shearing and Open House at Springdell on Saturday from 10-2. Bring a picnic lunch, or purchase some BBQ to enjoy while partaking in the fun activities around the farm. It’s a great way to spend a New England afternoon! Hope to see you there.
