This was my first run out with this one. Gruyere cheese is quite yummy with the polenta and the sweet potato. hope you think so, too!

Sweet Potato Mousse and Maple Praline Sauce
You’ll have your guests saying “Sweet potato is in this? No way!” You can have fun responding, “yes, way”. Cream cheese adds to the decadence of this mousse. The maple praline sauce sends it over the top. A little whipped cream and crumbled graham crackers and you’ve got yourself a party.

Kid friendly and pleasing to the grown-ups as well, this one is a winner around here! Serve this one with a hearty bread and some shaved cheese of choice on top and you’ve got yourself a main course.
