Slow Cooker Char Siu Lamb with Aromatic Steamed Bok Choy

If you’re looking to try some lamb, you may like this one! Char Siu has a very accessible flavor, a subtle sweetness against the ginger and five spice, a bit of saltiness from the soy sauce. Serve on this bed of aromatic steamed bok choy (or with another green or sliced tart apple if bok toy is not available) and jasmine rice for a complete meal. Micro basil makes a great garnish!


National CSA Sign Up Day

Spread the word!  CSAs are great!  This is the third annual CSA sign up day for farms across the nation.  Though sign up dates do differ from farm to farm, this annual date acts good reminder to check in with your local farms and sign up!  


Lamb Burgers Stuffed with Goat Cheese

Grab some pita bread for this one, we’re going for a ride to scrumptious town! Parsley makes for a great addition if you have any on hand. There is quite a bit of sautéed onion, which curbs the flavor of lamb for those that are lamb averse. Hope you like this one as much as we do!
