Zucchini Crescent Pie

This simple recipe comes down to this: Pick up a roll of crescents from your local supermarket (please note this is an ingredient not on our “staples” list). Lay out the dough in a pie plate. Fill it with CSA goodness and bake.


Cabbage Fritters (Okonomiyaki)

Okonomiyaki reportedly translates to “as you like it”, and this Japanese treat holds true to it’s name. This cabbage based dish can be made using all staple ingredients. If you would like to make the accompanying sauce, having oyster sauce on hand helps!


Apple Pie Cookies

This version is quick and easy from Cooking Panda. If no caramel sauce is available, melted butter and brown sugar can be mixed and drizzled over the apples before the lattice is added.
