Apple Cranberry Hand Pies (and a Crisp to Boot!)

A great way to take the pie on the go. Grab a cup of oats and you can use some of the filling to make a crisp too! Try different fillings, both sweet and savory are great fun!


Apple Roses

Do you remember the cyber craze about Apple Roses? If not, here is a link to my favorite version so far, from “Cooking With Manuela”. Puff pastry and apricot preserves (not on the “staples” list) are needed to make these. They are novel, easy and fun to make with the kids!
