Bacon Cheddar Chicken

Looking to add a little more veg to this dish? I suggest chopping some spinach and adding it to the cheddar stuffing. This one may come with a little guilt but we all need a treat now and again.

Spinach Pesto Pasta with Fresh Ovoline

Pesto is very flexible. Play around with different greens and nuts. I already did some experimenting so you can trust this one as a go-to pesto. Use the leftover pesto to top a burger!
