Blender Mayonnaise

A wonderful use for extra eggs and herbs. Homemade mayo is worth making, especially if you can pull off the quick blender version. Remember that we are using farm fresh eggs here and not cooking them, so if that’s not okay with you, you might want to skip this one. If you’re living on the edge, take the plunge with me into creamy condiment goodness!


Oyster Mushrooms Rockefeller

Pick up some Fat Moon oyster mushrooms and this gives your fennel a happy place to rest. Caramelized onions can take the place of shallots, and anise liquor can take the place of fennel (though barely). Try it with homemade mayo!
