Honey Lemon Roasted Springdell Chicken

A simple way to brighten up your chicken. If you use a fresh lemon, stick it in the cavity before roasting for a little extra aromatics. If you have potatoes and asparagus kicking around, enjoy the side dishes also listed in the post!
