Ingredients: Butter / Carrots / Maple Syrup / Potatoes / Sweet Potatoes / Turnips / Yams

A twist on traditional Pommes Anna, this recipe uses your choice of root veggies strategically placed in a springform pan to create an aesthetically pleasing and tasty winter dish.
