Irish Spring-Dell Beef Stew

Ingredients: Carrots / Flour / Garlic / Onion / Parsley / Potatoes / Stew Meat / Thyme

In time for St. Patrick’s day, here is a delicious Irish stew with a strong stout flavor (if you don’t like stout, feel free to tweak). Great with parsnips if you have them, add dumplings or serve with a crusty bread.
