Kale Powder

If you ever have too much kale on your hands, and no plan to freeze for later use, this is a great way to decrease the volume while still keeping this veggie within arms reach. (Five bunches of kale makes only a handful of powder). Store in the fridge and dust it here and there for a little extra nutritional kick.

Fresh Corn Quiche with Bacon and Caramelized Onions

Olex Carrigan shared a yummy looking recipe for Fresh Corn Quiche with Bacon and Caramelized Onions! Olex used a frozen pie crust, 1 cup of fresh corn, 1 small caramelized onion, 3 strips of crisp and crumbled bacon and a generous handful of shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Add eggs and milk and you’re on your way to a quiche-deliche! Mix it up with other CSA additions!
