Turnips are another of those “i’m not so sure about this mom” kind of veggie. They gobbled this one right up!

Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup

Kid friendly and pleasing to the grown-ups as well, this one is a winner around here! Serve this one with a hearty bread and some shaved cheese of choice on top and you’ve got yourself a main course.

Veggie Egg Bake

I used parmesan cheese in the dish but I also sprinkled a little bit of sharp cheddar on top after it came out from under the broiler.
